These Terms of Service apply to the construction estimating, quantity takeoff and related services provided by USA Estimation LLC (“USA Estimation”, “we”, “us”) and to the use of usaestimation.com. By requesting a quote or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We prepare construction cost estimates, quantity and material takeoffs, bid support and related documents based on the drawings, specifications and information you provide. The exact scope, price and delivery date for each project are stated in the quote we send you.

Quotes and Payment

Every project starts with a written quote. Work begins after you approve the quote. Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated in your quote or invoice. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for sending complete and current drawings, specifications, addenda and any project information that affects the estimate. Our work is based only on the documents you provide.

Delivery and Turnaround

Most estimates are delivered within 24 to 48 hours, but delivery times depend on project size and are confirmed in each quote. We will tell you promptly if a delivery date needs to change.

Revisions

Revisions are free. If the drawings change or you need adjustments within the same project, we will update your estimate at no extra cost. A new project or a substantially different set of drawings may be quoted separately.

Nature of Our Estimates

Our estimates and takeoffs are professional opinions of probable cost and quantity, prepared with reasonable care. Actual construction costs depend on market conditions, contractor pricing, site conditions and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that you will win a bid or that actual costs will match the estimate. You are responsible for reviewing our work and for the final price you submit.

Confidentiality

We keep your drawings and project information confidential and use them only to prepare your estimate. We do not publish any of your project details without removing identifying information first.

Ownership of Work

Once paid in full, you may use the estimates and takeoffs we deliver for your own projects and bids. We may keep copies for our records.

Promotional Offers

From time to time we may offer discounts, such as 50% off a first estimate for new clients. Unless stated otherwise, offers apply to one project per new client, cannot be combined with other offers, and are valid only until the end date shown on our website.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost bids.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

Changes to These Terms
